The team at scout properties is great at what they do. Sergio (the owner) is very persistent, so for people needing to get something done on a timeline and having particular specifications, Sergio is your guy. They’re also a fun bunch, which helps the process move more smoothly and made me feel really comfortable with all of this real estate stuff.

Delivering the best possible service to our clients means not taking on more work than we can manage effectively. For that reason, we focus only on Washington, DC, and do not currently work in Virginia or Maryland.
